The 20-story Rawlings Architects-designed condo comes with 74 apartments

The recently topped out condo building in Murray Hill, The Lindley, is now ready to launch sales, and pricing on the building’s 74 condos starts from $935,000. The 20-story building, which is being developed by CBSK Ironstate, is comprised of studios through three-bedrooms, and currently available apartments range in size from a 590-square-foot studio to a 1,457-square-foot three-bedroom.

The project was first announced last summer, when the developers filed an application to test the market for a 74-unit condo building at 591 Third Avenue, according to The Real Deal. They ultimately decided to move ahead with their plans, after having previously acquired the development sites for $25.2 million in March 2015.

The developers recently opened a sales gallery on site in preparation for the official sales launch today. At present there are about a dozen condos up for grabs at this development. The priciest available apartment here is asking $2.9 million.

Rawlings Architects, the firm behind the SIXTY LES Hotel, worked on both the interiors and exterior of the building, and the latter will be particularly notable for the use of different colors and shapes of brick. 

Amenities at the condo will include a fitness center, a residents lounge, and a rooftop garden with grilling areas, and views of the skyline. Design Within Reach collaborated with the architects to create furnishings for the communal space.

Construction on the project is set to wrap sometime in the spring of 2018.
